$5.0 Million Investment, 75-room hotel with separate restaurant pads
Honesdale Hotel Corporation has announced plans to build a 75-room hotel on property adjacent to that occupied by the new Home Depot in Texas Twp. The complex would include pads for two restaurants and a small retail center. The proposed hotel would be approximately 30,000 SF, with a capital investment of $8.0 million. Developers project that 50 new jobs will be created by the project.
